We would like to introduce a case of a comprehensive contract for the relocation project of libraries, offices, and research laboratories conducted by Rikkyo University. In this relocation project, the volume of items handled was approximately 1 million books alone. Additionally, the project involved the relocation of about 100 research laboratories, around 20 offices, and the consolidation of approximately 5 dispersed libraries, making the scope of work quite extensive. We would like to introduce a case where we undertook the campus relocation project for Rissho University affiliated Rissho Junior High and High School, handling everything from planning to actual work. The relocation work was carried out over a total of 11 days, utilizing periods such as the spring break. Before executing the project, we held a "relocation briefing session" for the school's faculty and staff to provide lectures on packing methods and labeling procedures. Taking advantage of the campus relocation, we also handled the disposal of unnecessary office furniture, documents, OA equipment, and metal items. For items that could be recycled, we processed them through sorting, separating, and dismantling to re-resource them.
